This huge exhibit, the largest in the marquees, features a delightful Japanese tea garden surrounded by wisterias trained on high red beams. Rhododendrons pick up the colours of the painted timber while other plants, like yellow-leaved perennial tradescantias, provide contrast. And all is secreted away inside Hillier's traditionally luxuriant display of unusual trees and shrubs.
