Tasty salads from around the workd provide the theme for this interesting exhibit, which includes pakchoi and ‘Tumbler’ tomatoes mixed with ‘Empress of India’ tomatoes. I also liked ‘Cerize’, a wonderul lettuce in the deepest wine red.
