The Zen display features some beautiful bonsai trees including a 150 year old Juniperus rigida which will set you back £1700, but if you’re really rich hand over a cheque for £4000 and you could have a rare Acer buergerianum delivered to your door.

Choice bonsai specimens restricted to just three types of plant made up this display. Three junipers, four hornbeams and five Japanese maples were raised on solid individual plinths above a pale tawny caret of vermiculite. A fine way to show these extraordinary specimens.
