A bright bugler, made of carnations on a wire frame, calls visitors to notice the attractions of Lisburn in Northern Ireland. In a long tradition of proud municipalities trumpeting their horticultural attractions at Chelsea, the name is picked out behind the railings in carpet bedding which is also used to form a tractor with more traditional floral bedding forming a backdrop.
